Cabin 1 is a favorite for anniversary getaways, retired couples looking for a quiet escape, empty nesters, fishing partners, and anyone looking for a peaceful escape on Star Lake.   ## Cabin 1: Vintage Northwoods Character ![Cabin 1 images circle](https://pineterrace.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog/Cabin%201%20images%20circle.gif?width=200&height=200&name=Cabin%201%20images%20circle.gif)Rustic log walls, warm wood finishes, gas fireplace, and vintage Northwoods character give the cabin a cozy, nostalgic feel while still providing the modern comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Perfect for two guests, Cabin 1 features: - Full kitchen - Spacious bathroom with shower - Comfortable living area - Gas Fireplace - Private dock - Private fire ring - Easy access to the beach and resort amenities   ### A Perfect Escape After the Summer Rush While families fill the resort during the heart of summer, spring and fall offer a completely different way to experience Pine Terrace. Once the kids are back in school, the pace slows down. The lake gets quieter, the trails are peaceful, and there's more room to simply enjoy being together. Start your morning with coffee overlooking Star Lake. Spend the afternoon fishing from your private dock or exploring the five-lake chain. Head out for a sunset cruise, then come back to your own fire ring and listen to the loons call across the water. ![B-roll 1 circle copy](https://pineterrace.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog/B-roll%201%20circle%20copy.gif?width=200&height=200&name=B-roll%201%20circle%20copy.gif)One of the best parts of staying at Pine Terrace is that you get to enjoy all the resort amenities without having to pay extra for them. Spend the afternoon swimming at the beach, paddleboarding, kayaking, riding a water bike, exploring the trails, playing mini golf or yard games, or simply relaxing by the lake. And pontoon and fishing boat rentals are available right here at the resort, making it easy to explore Star Lake and the connected five-lake chain without ever having to leave Pine Terrace.   ### The Perfect Fall Escape There’s something special about visiting the lake when the summer crowds have headed home. Cooler mornings, changing leaves, peaceful water, quiet trails, and evenings by the fire make fall and spring some of our favorite times of year at Pine Terrace. [Ready for a cozy escape?](https://pineterrace.com/one-bedroom-cabin)   Come experience the charm of Pine Terrace Resort’s 1-bedroom cabin and make some memories of your own on Star Lake.
