Forgot something? We have a small store with:

- Bait (worms, leeches, crappie minnows, sucker minnows, lures, tackle)
- Clothing

- Salt & Pepper
Resort Policies
- Towels & Soaps: Please bring your own bath, hand, beach, and dish towels, as well as soaps. Bed linens are provided.
- Pets: No pets are allowed.
- Visitors: Daytime or overnight visitors must be approved in advance.
- Smoking: All cabins are smoke-free (smoking permitted outdoors only).
- Not Permitted: Camping, tents, fireworks, jetskis, ATVs/UTVs, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
- Watercraft Restrictions: No wakeboard boats with ballast tanks (AIS risk).
- Cancellation Policy: Guests are responsible for the full cost of their reservation once booked. Deposits are refundable only if you provide a replacement reservation at the time of cancellation. No other refunds are available.
- Taxes: Rates are subject to 6.875% MN State Sales Tax, 0.5% County Sales Tax, and 1% local lodging tax.
- Future Rates: 2026 rates will be finalized in October 2025. Your deposit secures your cabin and dates now; you’ll receive an updated confirmation with your remaining balance once rates are set.
- Payments: Cash, check, or card accepted. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Bringing a Boat?
To protect Star Lake from Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS), boats must be out of the water and fully dried for at least 7 days before being launched at Pine Terrace. This requirement varies by season and weather, but is strictly enforced to protect our lake.
