Waiting for You
Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to all of our guests. Once a guest reserves a unit, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests for it. A deposit of 50% of the cabin stay is required. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received. The deposit is applied to the total amount of the confirmed reservation.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 9:00 a.m.
We need this time to properly prepare your cabin.
NO EARLY CHECK-INS PLEASE!
All cabins are housekeeping, Kitchen, bath towels and soaps are NOT included in each cabin. We do have a limited supply of towels if you are flying in. Please reserve them with your reservation to be sure they are available for your arrival.
Bed linens are provided.
All cabins are Smoke-Free. (smoking is allowed on grounds).
Sorry, No camping, tents, fireworks, or Wave Runners/Jetskis (Personal Watercraft).
Sorry, we no longer allow Wakeboard boats that have ballast tanks due the risk of transfering AIS (Aquatic Invasive Species)
Sorry, No pets. (Guests, please inform your visitors of this policy. Kennel facilities located within 3 miles of the resort).
Rates subject to 6.875% Minnesota State sales tax, 0.5% County Sales Tax, and 1% local lodging tax.
Registered guests are asked to notify us in advance of any daytime or over-night visitors to the resort. We reserve the right to charge for visitors.

Nightly stays vary in length along with cabin price and time of stay. Deposit amounts are 50% of total stay. Check Rates and Rental page for daily rates or please call when making a nightly stay to get the correct deposit amount.
Guests with confirmed reservations are responsible for the cost of the entire length of their reservation.
Receipt of your deposit commits you to this policy.
Deposit is fully refundable and reservation responsibility is transferred, if you have your own replacement at the time of cancellation.
Refundable minus a $50 re-booking fee if reservation is filled by Pine Terrace Resort.
Not refundable, in part or in full, under any other conditions.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
3% Office Charge for Credit Cards
You will receive a receipt for your Credit Card deposit payment and a reservation conformation through email.
No information collected is shared with anyone outside of Pine Terrace Resort other than the credit card processor. All transactions are collected in a safe secure collection process as required by Visa/Master Card agreements. The page where credit card information is collected is a secured page with Helcim Inc. our credit card processing company.
